GOSH I CAN'T COPE

So I am learning a new language because in the house I live in they are a lot of people from Zimbabwe which are Mike, Simba, Michelle, Wadzi and Nancy. So lately I have been trying to learn chi Shona because Nancy is trying to learn IsiZulu so a few days ago I asked her how it’s like to have to learn IsiZulu when no one else in the house is learning chi Shona and she said that it hurts so you practically can’t ignore something like that. I have been excited with learning it because Rurimi rumwe haruzadzikisa mutauro (meaning that one language is never enough) so excited me goes and start speaking the first chi Shona sentence that I know little did I know that it wasn’t only in the reading the sentence it is with how you pronounce it. So brace yourself because by the time I post another publish I would be able to pronounce every single R and V in chi Shona or maybe I should say a little because if I say every than that will mean that I wouldn’t be posting on my blog for quite some time and it already feels like it’s been a month since I have published but thank you to all those who have been viewing even though there was nothing new. I promise you it’s the tests and the work not because I have stopped caring or something.

I probably look stupid and I already feel stupid for changing my blog name. Firstly I take all the blame but I would also like to state my defence, every single month I look at how to get more people to view my blog and like my Facebook page and I was told to change the name because people relate more to pages that do not have personal names why this is so I don’t know, so I changed the names in hope that I would get a chance to share this with a lot more people but sadly for the past two days my blog hasn’t had any pageviews at all that is why I myself have decided to write my own ten I would rather you did not’s like the flying spaghetti monster tomorrow because I don’t want to ruin this because it is a written apology from me to everyone who tried to search for the page and didn’t find it or for any inconvenience caused by the name change. If you are a blog lover I will be trying to get Dan Pearce the writer of single dad laughing (http://www.danoah.com/) to be a guest blogger on the blog so for the next few days or weeks I will be in this prayer position hoping that he will like my content and write a post for every one of you guys. Again I apologise for my foolish choice in advisors and I have changed the name because your pageviews show me that I not talking to myself.

Friday probably marks the craziest day of my life. Firstly my philosophy essay was due and I was writing law on Saturday. To tell you the truth I wasn’t procrastinating because it was a philosophy essay I had to spend a lot of time thinking about it and I finally decided on my initial idea on Thursday a day before it was due. Came the morning that I had to print my essay on, because I do not have a usb I don’t know why I haven’t got one I had to send my essay to my student email than print it at school, so I wake up in the morning and I’m late because my bag is heavy I decide to leave my laptop charge because my battery is always full in the morning because I charge while I sleep. When I arrive at the computer lab my laptop will not go on I check the battery light and it is red at that time it was 8:30 and I had a lecture at 8:40 with a man who goes ballistic when people are late so I decided to leave it because the latest time to hand in is 12:00. I continue with my lectures until 10:30 my quest than was to find a person with a Toshiba charge or any charger at all. When I eventually found someone with a charger and sent my essay I felt relief it only took me five minutes to send it all I needed to do was to print it out. When I arrived at the science computer lab the printer wasn’t working and by than it was 11:00 so I decided to go to the New Arts computer lab and it also wasn’t working so I went to the technician and he said “WE ARE CURRENT FACING NETWORK PROBLEMS MEANING THAT ALL OUR PRINTERS ARE DOWN”. I literally felt like I was going to die because there is only one internet café here and it was at the mall which was quite a distance and at that time it was 11:35 so when I had given up all hope in the UKZN system (which by the way I feel that they sabotage) I had to walk to the mall when I got there it was so full because everyone was printing there, when I got out it was 11:59 so I decided to take a cab stupid me I showed him how much money I had so he charged me more for a 5 minutes ride but at that time handing my work in was more important. Luckily I got there at 12:05 and Dr. Bernard hadn’t fetched the essays when I arrived. So I have officially learnt my first lesson in University and that have your work ready two days before the due date.  

OFFICIALLY BEEN CHOPPED AND SCREWED!!!

Sadly today is not a good day as well, I am mourning my first university mark, according to the standards of the university I did pass but according to the standards of first term work or should I say semester (careful my university voc is coming up) I AM SCREWED!!!. Thobeka says it's a good start because it will help me build up but I say I could use with a bit of confidence. Do you remember the case that I was talking about yesterday, which I spent my whole precious Sunday doing (forgive me father for I have sinned) it wasn't due and the reason for this was because a lot of people didn't know about it this continues to prove my hypothesis and believe it or not the day has just started and I'm looking for comfort in you guys which is kind of sad right because I should be doing so much that I even forget that I have a facebook account to post how such a good time I'm having but do not feel sympathy for me for that worry that I'm writing law on Saturday and I don't even have a textbook. I might be repeating myself on this one but I AM SCREWWWEED!!!! 

LAW AND ORDER

So there is this case that we have to do for LAWS1L and it's about adultery. This is what happens a married woman commits adultery with the defendant so the husband of the wife sues the lover for damages. The defence says suing for adultery is an outdated concept and doesn't and is not part of the modern concept of marriage so it doesn't amount to a damages claim, the judge says clearly spouses are hurt by adultery because that is what lead to the case in the first place. In the end the judge ruled in the plaintiff's favour. Well what I say what ever gets you money do it, it you right to sue these douchebags for screwing you over so next time they will know that you aren't a push over and to those who commit adultery remember you vow " to love and cherish from this day forward until death does you apart" stick to it and remember divorce is just a few papers away.If you are interested on the case it is Wiese V Moolman 2009 (3) SA (122) T

BAD DAY AT THE OFFICE!!!

It is definitely a bad at the office. Today on the 21/02/2013 I woke up on panic mode, I woke up at 08:20 and I thought I had a class at 08:40 so I went and took a shower which I thought was the fastest shower of my lifeI only to find out that it was 08:49 when I came out. I did everything to be fast but I forgot to brush my teeth so my mouth probably smells like a caveman's now. When I got on campus I didn't even know where I was suppose to go (I blame it on being first year not ignorance) so I wondered around into every building that had science in its name. When I had eventually given up I went to the old main building where our other lectures usually are and I found out on the timetable that it was actually at 13:45 my heart just sank I didn't even get to eat breakfast and I don't have cash because I'm scared of temptations. So now I sitting at the library feeling like I'm going to die because I slept on popcorn writing this blog hoping that the pageviews or subscriptions will feed my soul.
